Hailed as “the death of the CV” for such positions, Westminster Works pioneered experiential recruitment through initiatives like the UK’s first-ever Recruitment Restaurant. This groundbreaking approach allowed candidates to secure roles based on their potential and attitude rather than their CVs, offering a more inclusive and equitable path to employment.
